Google Chrome and Firefox	I have read everyone's posts and I agree with most of them, but I also disagree with some. Parents should be held liable to a certain extent. However, it seems more and more kids today aren't held responsible for their actions. There is only so much a parent can do. I'm not saying his parents aren't at fault here because I don't know them. Sometimes there is nothing you can do about a kid's behavior no matter how good of a parent you are. I've seen it happen. Parents now and days have to work in order to survive so it's a little unfair to place all the blame on them. I could understand if the kid was maybe 5 or 6, but he is 12. It reminds me of that kid that watched WWE and killed his sister because he tried doing those moves on her. I think he was placed in jail, but I don't exactly remember. We aren't talking about a 7 year old. We are talking about a 12 year old. He is old enough to know what is right and wrong.

Sounds like a childs excuse to me and look a child said it. Oh well even if he gets no real punishment he'll be beaten up at school and get a name for himself for that, serves him right. Poor girl what a start to young life hopefully she can forget it.

Google Chrome and Firefox	Not every parent is tech knowledgeable. My parents have no idea how to use a computer. They are from a different era. The Little girl will never forget. IMO rape can be worse than murder because you live with a shame and blame even though it's not your fault. The gril is only 9 so i couldnt imagine how painful it was. She may never trust anyone.

This situation is hard to put the blame on the parents. They can't possibly know everything. But then again, the kid should have some moral foundation that he goes by, and that was obviously absent.
